C.B.E.S.T., now part of The Stepping Stones Group, is immediately hiring for a rewarding position as an ABA Program Supervisor (Masters Degree required) for the West Los Angeles area. 
 As a Program Supervisor, you will develop behavior plans for a caseload of students who attend schools in the West LA area, conduct weekly on-site visits to school/home settings, and provide on-going training and supervision to behavior technicians. This is part time (20-30 hours per week) with the opportunity to increase caseload to full time (30-40 hours/week).
Position Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in psychology, child development, education, special education, social work, counseling, or a related field REQUIRED.
  • Minimum of 2 Years Experience providing 1:1 Behavior Intervention Developing and Implementing Positive Behavioral Intervention Plans and Conducting FBAs.
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience as a Case Supervisor.
  • Must be Professional and Comfortable Working with a Multidisciplinary Team.
  • Must have working knowledge of applied behavior analysis.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and/or Safety Care (QBS) is preferred.

Duties:
  • Conduct weekly on-site visits to school/home settings for more than 50% of authorized hours (travel to multiple sites in the West LA area is required)
  • Develop behavioral plans for a caseload of students/clients.
  • Develop, evaluate and modify behavior plans and IEP goals by required deadlines.
  • Ensure collection of behavioral and review data weekly during on-site visits. 
  • Attend IEP meetings and writes annual and/or quarterly progress reports.
  • Provide on-going training and supervision to behavior technicians
