Description
Provides administrative support for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Operating Officer, responsible for office supervision including, but not limited, organizing office functions, providing work and direction to clerical support staff, coordinating priorities, etc., performs independent projects as needed.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma required Minimum Experience/Knowledge: • Typing speed 60+ wpm. • Proficient in WordPerfect for Windows, Microsoft word and excel. • Knowledge of transcription and dictation. • Excellent oral and written communications skills. • Strong organizational skills • Minimum five (5) years of secretarial/administrative experience.
