Our Learning & Development Facilitator is accountable for:
- Facilitating classroom and virtual training for HQ and field employees, managing training delivery, overseeing projects and learner support, handling administrative tasks, and evaluating learner progress while engaging with employees at all levels
- Conducting engaging training sessions, delivering key topics using adult learning techniques, ensuring content accuracy, staying updated through ongoing learning, and providing coaching as needed
- Utilizing the Learning Management System and other tools, managing training coordination, tracking attendance, updating course materials, and supporting or leading L&D projects
- Evaluating learner progress using adult learning assessments, tracking training completion, providing timely feedback, and identifying additional support strategies for struggling learners
- Identifying opportunities for learner growth, proposing program improvements, driving adoption of initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for planning and enhancements
- Leading cross-functional projects, serving as a SME, conducting meetings, presenting to stakeholders, and providing timely class updates while ensuring excellent customer support
Essential Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent industry experience) in HR, Education, Org Development, or Marketing preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and LMS (Learning Management System) required (Cornerstone system preferred)
- Knowledge of Instructional Design Principals and Adult Learning Methodology preferred
- Strong engagement with learners in virtual environments
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic learning culture
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication
Seeking minimum of 2+ years of experience in training and facilitating material to adult learners. (Areas of specialty include presenting knowledge of staffing, recruiting, sales curriculum.) Candidates may be required to conduct a simulated training in order to showcase knowledge level.
This is a contract position paying $27-$29 per hour.
