Our Recruiting Manager is accountable for:
- Building and delivering data and timely reporting on key program metrics
- Developing and presenting recruitment strategy plans
- Coaching and mentoring team on recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, process administration
- Ensuring the program and team meet all critical metrics and SLA requirements; driving the team to deliver in a metric-centric environment
- Direct client management and stakeholder collaboration
- Sourcing, including proactive and passive sourcing knowledge, expert in advanced search techniques
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
- Leading teams of 5 – 10 direct reports
