Our VMS Production Support Analyst is accountable for: 

  • Acting as a liaison between Kelly Operations and VMS Technology Vendors 
  • Documenting changes made via Case Requests 
  • Utilizing technical skills, training and business experience in a specific technology to maintain and support the Kelly VMS Supported systems. 
  • Managing cases via queue in Kelly Incident Management Tool (Helix). 
  • Assessing cases and assigning to peers based on VMS Technologies
  • Utilizing Team Reference Documentation for VMS and Program Specific Requirements (OneNote, Teams Shared Files, etc.) 
  • Monitoring and Managing Admin Level Required VMS change requests (New, Modification, Break-Fix, and Enhancement changes) to meet business and customer needs 
  • Performing daily, weekly, monthly or other scheduled events or tasks under little direction related to the support of Kelly VMS Technology Applications. 
  • Managing the configurations put in place at time of implementations/Go Live of Program in Production. 

 

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: 

  • Experience with VMS Technologies such as Beeline, IQN, VNDLY and (SAP Fieldglass a plus) 
  • Strong Excel skills due to imports required for VMS Tools 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and with team members when required.
