Now Hiring: Assembly Line Operator I
Location: Huntington Beach, CA, 92649 (Springdale St.)

Shifts Available:
3rd Shift: $18.00- 10:00pm-6:00am
Schedule: Full-Time | On-site | Monday–Friday

Are you ready to join a fast-paced, safety-driven manufacturing team? Kelly is looking for motivated individuals to help us deliver high-quality automotive glass products. What You'll Do:

• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently within a PRODUCTION setting.
• Inspect automotive glass to meet quality standards
• Apply chemicals, adhesives, and components according to specs
• Package finished products for shipment (metal crates)
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on machinery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace (5S standards)

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year experience in a PRODUCTION manufacturing environment (preferred)
• Familiarity with calipers, gauges, and compactors is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a high-noise, fast-paced setting

Work Environment:

• 100% on the production floor
• Exposure to heat, dust, fumes, and moving equipment
• Required use of PPE and safety gear
