Location: Primarily in office-Livonia, MI

Salary: $70-80K

The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join our Livonia, MI team. This role is primarily in-office and will focus on developing, expanding, and retaining key business relationships while driving growth across multiple staffing solutions.

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts and high-margin local businesses.

  • Expand and retain existing customer accounts, increasing market share and profitability.

  • Achieve sales goals through proactive outreach and client development.

  • Build and present proposals, contracts, and pricing models.

  • Take a consultative sales approach, partnering with clients to deliver solutions tailored to their needs.

  • Sell across multiple solutions including light industrial, clerical/administrative, skilled trades, professional, direct hire, and accounting/finance staffing.

  • Contribute to growth strategy by actively identifying opportunities and building new client partnerships.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of staffing agency sales experience (required).

  • Background in light industrial, clerical, professional, or skilled trade staffing (preferred).

  • Comfortable with cold calling and building new client relationships.

  • Strong consultative selling, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Knowledge of current staffing industry trends and competitive market conditions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in growth mode and drive new opportunities.
