What's a typical day as a Account Receivable Analyst You'll be:
  • Supporting accounts receivable processes including customer deductions, collections, and AR issue resolution

  • Ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities

  • Collaborating with shared services teams and internal business partners to resolve system and operational issues

  • Leading and supporting internal control and compliance efforts, including SOX documentation

  • Performing account reconciliations and analyzing financial data to identify risks or areas for improvement

  • Coordinating with IT and system vendors (NetSuite, Vividly) to recommend enhancements

  • Assisting with standardization, documentation, and training on accounting processes across Ventures teams

  • Supporting internal and external audit requests and driving continuous improvement projects

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)

  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting/finance

  • Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks

  • Hands-on experience with financial systems (NetSuite, Blackline, Vividly preferred)

  • Exceptional Excel and data analysis skills

  • Strong communication and influencing skills to lead and collaborate with teams

  • A mindset for process improvement, innovation, and attention to detail

  • Experience in the CPG industry or a global finance organization (a plus)

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
