What's a typical day as an Accountant? You'll be:
- Assisting with daily journal entries and account reconciliations, reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager.
- Processing invoices received via physical mail, email, and web portals, while assisting with billing and invoicing.
- Monitoring and managing unbilled revenue files, ensuring overdue items remain under 90 days, and contributing to the preparation of reporting packages.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA or CMA is a plus.
- Have experience with ERP systems at a G/L level and possess a solid understanding of U.S. GAAP concepts.
- Are self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating a high bias for action.
