Accounting Assistant / Invoicing Specialist
Remote (Must be located within 2 hours of Reading, PA)
Up to $25.00 per hour

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable / Invoicing Specialist to join our client's team! This is a remote position for candidates located within a two-hour radius of Reading, PA. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and upload invoices into customer portals such as Ariba, Textura, and Coupa.
- Manage a shared email inbox, responding to customer invoice requests and routing inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Assist Credit Analysts with new account setup and documentation.
- Support Accounting, Credit & Collections, and Customer Service departments with inquiries related to customer portals, intercompany accounts, cash receipts, and audits.
- Perform additional administrative and accounting support tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or BaaN.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to learning new processes and systems.
