Accounts Payable Clerk
Location: North Canton, OH| Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7:30/8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Status: Contract -Full-Time | 100% On-site
Payrate: $22.00 -25.00 an hour

The Opportunity:
Are you organized, detail-driven, and looking to grow your accounting career with a mission-driven company? Kelly Services is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Clerk for a 5-month assignment to join our client's team! You'll play a key role in managing full-cycle AP processes, resolving vendor inquiries, and supporting month-end tasks all while helping drive the financial heartbeat of our operations.
What You'll Do:
Review, process, and verify vendor invoices and statements
Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Support month-end closing and financial reporting
Assist with audit preparation and documentation
Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams
Complete various tasks and special projects as assigned
What You'll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in accounts payable
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines
