Supporting day-to-day accounts payable, travel reimbursement, and general ledger processes

Coordinating with global shared services partners like Accenture and Genpact

Ensuring timely and accurate month-end close activities
-
Approving bills, purchase orders, and credit card transactions
-
Reviewing and analyzing balance sheet accounts for accuracy
-
Partnering with IT to improve accounting systems and resolve issues
-
Assisting with internal controls and audit support
-
Helping train internal teams and support process standardization
-
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
-
5+ years of accounting/finance experience
-
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
-
Experience with NetSuite, Tipalti, and Blackline
-
Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with complex data
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
-
Experience in audit or internal controls (SOX)
