Temporary Administrative Support
Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Temporary Administrative Support at our manufacturing facility! You will play a vital role in maintaining compliance, organizing employee events, and ensuring smooth operations. Job Specifications:
- Job Type: Temporary
- Location: Antigo, WI
- Pay Rate: $19-$25/HR
- Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Greet and escort visitors through the facility following compliance protocols.
- Ensure visual compliance for visitors.
- Update digital and paper communications, including bulletin boards and signage.
- Perform routine scanning and filing of HR documents and personnel records.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, spreadsheet updates, and filing.
- Assist with general office upkeep and inventory management of supplies.
- Help coordinate and support employee events and celebrations (e.g., birthdays, retirements, plant lunches).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Prior experience in an administrative or front office role is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service mindset.
