Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Nutritional Services
Location: Eau Claire, WI
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Employment Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $16+/hour, depending on relevant experience Position Summary Kelly is seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to a Nutritional Services Department. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient department operations and supporting key initiatives related to K12 nutrition programs. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain files associated with the Nutritional Services resource portal
- Update and manage electronic customer records and contacts
- Oversee content for education pages and sales support resources on department websites
- Ensure nutritional information on company websites is current and accurate
- Organize and assist with K12 marketing activities, including virtual and live events
- Coordinate registration, billing, and materials for ServSafe classes and other marketing activities
- Organize, cross-reference, and update customer files related to sales and usage commitments
- Schedule and coordinate K12 bookings, collaborating with Purchasing and Marketing teams
- Assist with evaluation and set-up of new products supporting the K12 program
- Communicate effectively with K12 Team and Customers regarding School Services
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Accurate and effective verbal and written communication
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance per Kelly policy
- High school diploma required; coursework or degree in relevant fields preferred
- Clerical/administrative support experience may substitute for formal education
- Prior experience in an office or administrative role is highly valued
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of administrative, office, and data entry procedures
- General accounting aptitude, including reconciliation ability
- Proficiency in proof-reading, multitasking, organization, and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a busy environment
- Proficient in standard office computer software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word) and internet research
- Knowledge of USDA and Child Nutrition (K12), or willingness to learn
