  • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

What's a typical day as an Administrative Assistant III? You will:
  • Schedule and organize meetings, plant activities, customer/vendor visits, and presentations

  • Act as liaison across departments, facilities, customers, and vendors

  • Plan/coordinate recurring and ad hoc projects; disseminate information; organize events

  • Administer and maintain MSDS/SDS documentation and plant forms per company standards

  • Prepare spreadsheets and reports; ensure accurate filing and document control

  • Issue components for inventory daily; coordinate with Purchasing for office supplies

  • Maintain office equipment (copiers, printers) and shared spaces

  • Manage calendars for GM and leadership; arrange travel as needed

  • Handle confidential information with discretion; retrieve information upon request

  • Participate in meetings and complete other duties as assigned

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:
  • High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of related administrative experience (manufacturing preferred)

  • Strong reading/comprehension for safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures

  • Intermediate computer skills (email, databases, Word, Excel, PowerPoint/graphics)

  • Reliable attendance and willingness to work overtime during busy periods

  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Mix of sitting, standing, and mobility; frequent talking, seeing, hearing

  • Requires hand–eye coordination and standard office vision demands

  • Moderate noise level (office with phones, printers, computers)
