Chemist – Direct Hire | Franklin County, MO
Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year (based on experience)


What You'll Do:
  • Conduct routine and advanced testing on raw materials and pharmaceutical products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and more.
  • Follow and apply cGMP standards to all testing and documentation procedures.
  • Accurately interpret and execute analytical methods, recording all work clearly and thoroughly.
  • Analyze results, compare findings to product specifications, and provide expert-level data interpretation.
  • Prepare detailed scientific summaries and technical reports.
  • Maintain lab equipment, manage supplies, and ensure a clean, compliant work environment.
  • Support team efforts and training initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proficient in laboratory instrumentation and analytical techniques; HPLC experience highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Commitment to quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an analytical chemistry role within a cGMP-regulated lab (academic experience alone does not qualify).

Preference will be given to candidates who are currently located in Missouri. However, candidates who are willing to relocate to the area at their own expense may also be considered.
