Pay Rate: $20/hour
Shifts Available: First Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or Second Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

As an Assembler, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing advanced robotic systems to life. Your work will directly impact the development of state-of-the-art surgical devices, helping transform healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble mechanical and electrical components into subassemblies and final systems.

  • Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to carry out precision assembly work.

  • Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet detailed product specifications.

  • Identify and repair non-conforming units.

  • Follow standardized procedures and assembly guidelines to ensure high quality and consistency.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience or background in assembly is required.

  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical assembly tools and techniques.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and follow technical instructions.

  • Willingness to work either first or second shift as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
