Kelly Services is currently recruiting Clean Room Surgical Assembly Associates to work at a premier medical facility in Grimes, IA.

Why should you consider the position as a Clean Room Surgical Assembler? 

• 1st Shift: 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (Saturdays as needed)
  • Training will be 5 a.m. – 1:30 a.m.
• $18.75 per hour: Weekly pay 
• Contract/Temporary opportunity: $2,500 Finish Bonus (Must meet criteria)

What's a typical day as a Clean Room Surgical Assembler? You'll be:

• Accurately assembling custom procedure trays, learning to identify medical components by description and vendor item number.
• Following assembly instructions and placing the correct components and quantities into the tray using the counting method.
• Visually inspecting components for defects, verifying conformance to specifications, and reporting or rejecting defective components as per guidelines

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must wear scrubs
• Can read and write in English, ensuring clear communication and understanding of instructions.
• Are available to work the specified shifts, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Can work overtime as needed
