Benefits:
- $15.00 per hour for 1st shift
- $16.00 per hour for 2nd shift
- Production bonus eligibility after training (typically 15% on average)
- 90-day perfect attendance bonus of $250.00

What's a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You'll be:
• Assembling various components and products while ensuring quality standards are met.
• Performing physical tasks including twisting, turning, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly for 8-10 hours daily.
• Adhering to a point-based attendance system and working mandatory overtime as required.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are 18 years of age or older and have not previously worked at John Deere.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can commit to a seasonal role from October to May/June.
• Have steel-toe shoes or are willing to obtain them before starting.
