  • Job location: Long Beach, CA 90809 
  • Shift: Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
  • Hours: 8 HR shifts potential OT.
  • Compensation: $20.00
  • Warehouse:  Production Assembly 
  • Type: Temp- Full time, with opportunity to be hired Full time with Company. 
  • HS/ GED required

This Assembler II – ERP, WMS, MRP is responsible for assisting the production team with accurate cycle counts, entering data into the system, and communicating inventory levels to cross-functional counter parts.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records to ensure traceability and compliance. • Track and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels through the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), WMS (Warehouse Management System), and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system.
• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely materials delivery and optimize inventory levels.
• Maintain and update the ERP, WMS, or MRP system to reflect accurate and current production data.
• Acknowledge product rejects and assess basic troubleshooting before connecting with technicians/lead.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across all departments, including supply chain, production, and quality control.
• Occasionally lift over 35 lbs with assistance to support inventory handling and movement.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked workstation environment to ensure operational efficiency.
• Perform additional duties that support production as required, such as packaging and accessory line tasks.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2-3 years of experience with direct usage of ERP, WMS, or MRP
• Strong mathematical skills
• Ability to accurately complete cycle counts
• Familiar with MOPs, electro-mechanical diagrams, and other engineering documents to assemble current production in a timely manner
• Must be self-motivated, self-starter, self-directed and willing to ask questions when directions are needed
