Customer Service Rep:
Position Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote; subject to company changes)
Overview:
Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist and become a key resource in supporting our order management process. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SAP experience, exceptional organization skills, and a track record of providing outstanding customer service beyond call center or retail positions.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; College degree preferred.
- 6 months–1 year of SAP-R3 or equivalent experience (e.g., order entry, creating deliverables, invoicing).
- Prior order entry experience and customer service experience.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (also PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience with Salesforce.com and SharePoint is a plus.
- Previous knowledge of the Sales to Cash (STC) process.
- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects; strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills; adept at collaboration with cross-functional groups (Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Product Management, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to support Business Unit strategic objectives and tactics.
- Self-starter with ability to identify areas for improvement and implement change.
- Respond to customer inquiries, ensuring prompt, courteous resolution of issues requiring product knowledge.
- Monitor resolution process and ensure coordination with other departments to follow through on customer requests.
- Proactively reach out to customers to identify and address needs.
- Utilize various tracking systems and tools for order management and fulfillment.
- Resolve disputes, issue credit/debit memos, and process samples/rebates.
- Monitor sales orders through the entire fulfillment process.
- Apply multitasking and project management abilities to translate business needs into actionable plans.
- Demonstrate continual improvement and dynamic adjustment to new conditions and personnel.
- Ensure accurate documentation, follow-up, and inventory management.
