Associate Manufacturing Operator – Reagent Manufacturing

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Pay Rate: $18.08/hour

The Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Associate Manufacturing Operator to support reagent manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing hands-on assembly and production tasks while adhering to established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment, follows written instructions precisely, and takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble reagent products according to detailed work instructions and specifications

  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency

  • Operate basic manufacturing equipment, tools, and machinery safely

  • Maintain production efficiency while meeting daily output and quality goals

  • Accurately complete production documentation and records

  • Identify and report process deviations, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors

  • Follow all safety, cleanliness, and compliance requirements at all times

Who You Are
  • 0–5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on environment

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to ask questions when unsure

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently in a team-based setting

  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards

  • Basic communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, laboratory, or regulated environments

  • Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, or quality-controlled processes

  • Experience handling chemicals, reagents, or lab materials (training provided)
