We're seeking an Autoclave Operator Tech I to work at a leading aerospace facility in Tulsa, OK.

Pay Rate: $21.21/hour
Shift: Weekend Day Shift – Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM to 5:30 PM CT

What's a typical day as an Autoclave Operator Tech I? You'll be:
  • Setting up and assisting in the operation of autoclaves and auxiliary equipment to cure and bond metallic, fiberglass, and carbon fiber aircraft parts.

  • Selecting and placing parts for simultaneous bonding based on processing requirements and equipment capacity.

  • Connecting thermocouples and vacuum lines, loading tools into autoclaves, and monitoring operations.

  • Breaking down and cleaning tools after curing and storing them in designated areas.

  • Retrieving and prepping tools for lay-up operations and ensuring proper release.

  • Supporting 5S and FOD (Foreign Object Debris) programs and maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • Bring at least one (1) year of autoclave or related operational experience.

  • Have previous experience in aerospace composite bonding, tool prep/cleaning, or operating autoclave/ovens.

  • Possess forklift and overhead crane experience, and are comfortable using hand/power tools.

  • Are familiar with the composite teardown process and the fundamentals of composite curing.

  • Have a valid driver's license (required for GAC cart and forklift certification).

  • Are comfortable using computers and email systems—knowledge of ASC Software or similar cure programs is a plus.

  • Can lift up to 40 lbs and are open to working any shift as required.

  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
