We are seeking a strategic, resourceful, and high-performing Autonomous Delivery Operations Associate to help bring drone delivery to life in the Dallas Metro area. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure smooth daily operations, support team collaboration, provide ground-level expertise, and proactively contribute to the feedback loop that sharpens our cutting-edge delivery technology. Key Responsibilities

• Play a central role supporting autonomous drone delivery operations, including picking up orders from merchants and ensuring careful loading of drones for precise delivery
• Drive continuous improvement by providing actionable feedback, sharing ideas, and collaborating to enhance operational processes
• Maintain operational efficiency, safety, and precision in a fast-paced, evolving field environment
• Work directly with supportive teammates, helping to build and reinforce a culture of trust, accountability, and excellence
• Act as an expert on the ground—communicating impactful observations and feedback to cross-functional teams
• Serve as a brand ambassador in all merchant and customer interactions, representing the company and pioneering the customer experience
• Remain adaptable, proactive, and positive, embracing change and learning opportunities every day
