Job Title: Back Office Banking Administrator
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote; initial training period onsite for 3–4 weeks)
Duration: September 2025 – September 2026 (potential for extension or permanent hire)


About the Opportunity
Are you detail-oriented and experienced in financial or banking administration? We're seeking a Back Office Banking Administrator to support our credit and estates processing team within a leading financial institution. This is an excellent opportunity to build experience across a variety of banking products, all while working in a collaborative, supportive environment with exposure to multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage, review, and process estate-related client files
  • Accurately update and manage data using spreadsheets and banking systems
  • Coordinate next steps for each client file, ensuring all documentation is current and complete
  • Communicate clearly with team members and internal partners
  • Maintain accuracy and compliance by meeting established service level agreements (SLAs)

What You'll Bring
  • Post-secondary education (required)
  • 3+ years of experience in banking operations, finance administration, or related field
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong attention to detail; able to manage priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Experience with estate documentation, wills, or legal forms is an asset
