Job Title: Beer Picker - Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 4:45 PM (Flexibility for shifts up to 10 hours)
Pay: $17 per hour
Job Summary:
The role requires 100% repeated lifting with a high focus on attention to detail and mandatory experience with Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ). Responsibilities include handling materials according to company policies, achieving performance goals by scanning products, and building pallets with power equipment. Task flexibility is needed for inventory control, shipping & receiving, and returns.
Responsibilities:
- Regular and efficient lifting to maintain performance goals.
- Build and secure loads with attention to detail.
- Verify pallets post-audit and transport orders for quality control.
- Replenish products using technology.
- Conduct daily equipment checklists and report safety issues.
- Maintain facility security, cleanliness, and safety.
- Support additional tasks as required.
- Adaptability, professionalism, communication, relationship-building, self-awareness, dependability, time management, positive attitude, flexibility, results-driven
- Age 18+
- Mandatory EPJ experience.
- Preferred six months relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic reading, writing, and math.
- Familiarity with technology and products.
- Work in non-temperature controlled and occasionally refrigerated areas, with moderate noise.
- Regular, reliable attendance.
- Operate pallet jacks/forklifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, frequently lift (up to 50 lbs), and handle products regularly.
- Vision abilities for various distances.
