Location: Oxford, NC (onsite role)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (occasional Saturday for job fairs)
What's a typical day as a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator? You will:

Post job openings on job boards and internal systems.
-
Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
-
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews.
-
Assist new hires through onboarding and orientation.
-
Monitor and report on recruiting campaign success rates.
-
Perform administrative and clerical support for HR as needed.
-
Comply with PPE requirements when in the manufacturing plant.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
-
2–3 years' recruiting and interviewing experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred but not required).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel).

Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
