What's a typical day as a Bilingual Shipping and Receiving Worker? You'll be:
• Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
• Accurately loading and unloading trucks and containers while maintaining safety protocols.
• Preparing outgoing shipments, including proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintaining inventory records and ensuring the warehouse is organized.
• Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Communicating effectively with drivers, vendors, and team members in both English and Spanish.
• Following safety procedures and company policies at all times.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Are bilingual in English and Spanish – this is a must-have requirement.
• Can lift 50+ lbs regularly and handle physically demanding tasks.
• Have previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations (preferred).
• Possess basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Are reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Have forklift certification (a plus) or are willing to obtain one.
