Job Title: Bioprocessing Manufacturing Technician - Formulation Technician II
- Pay: $25.45 per hour
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Job Description:
Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Scientist for Associate Manufacturing Technician at a cutting-edge biomanufacturing company in Pleasanton, CA.
We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Technician to join our team. In this role, you will participate in various manufacturing lab functions such as reviewing images, operating robotic equipment, loading, unloading, and packaging products within a controlled manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily production schedules, including changeovers, reviews, and packaging using manual and automated processes.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain good documentation practices.
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Use basic math skills in various tasks.
- Communicate status updates to departmental Leads and Supervisors.
- Perform other related duties as required or assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
- Occasionally required to sit and lift/move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Environment:
- Frequent exposure to various temperature conditions; PPE provided for specific tasks.
- Required to work near moving mechanical parts.
- Environment guided by PPE assessments, SOPs, and JSAs to ensure safety protection.
- Noise levels do not exceed OSHA limits; ear protection available upon request.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of related experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- College degree is a plus.
