Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: 

  • 12-month assignment with intention to convert in 2026 for right candidate
  • Pay Rate is $20.00 - $29.00 per hour / based on experience
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
This position will coordinate calibration services with OEM vendors.  This position is also responsible for managing purchase requisitions for the Calibration, Operations Engineering, and Facilities teams.

What's a typical day as a Calibration and Equipment Vendor Coordinator? You'll be:
  • Coordinate with OEM vendors when equipment can only be calibrated by them (process, shipment, and payment)
  • Support CERDAAC equipment asset management system as needed
  • Create and process purchase requisition and purchase orders for operations engineering, calibration, and facilities teams
  • Manage invoices and match exceptions for timely payment
  • Resolves purchasing problems between department and vendor
  • Complete paperwork to add new vendors to D365 ERP system
  • Procuring supplies and services, when needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement improvements to purchase requisition processes

Experience, Education, Training, Traits:
  • High school diploma required
  • Prior experience creating and processing purchase requisitions and purchase orders
  • Prior experience working with calibration systems is desired

Desired skills:
  • Experience with D365 is a plus, but any purchase requisition experience is helpful and a willingness to learn with attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills required – Word, Excel, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual
  • Attention to detail
