Call Center Customer Service Representative (Hybrid - Nashville, TN)
Location: Nashville, TN (Local candidates only – must be able to work from home and in-office)

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Manage the full order lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery
• Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to provide updates, documentation, and support
• Resolve complex customer inquiries through thorough research and system documentation
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company databases
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in order management or supply chain
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize workloads, and adjust to changing demands
• Willingness and availability to work both remotely and onsite as needed
