What's a typical day as a Call Center Representative?
You'll be:
- Making outbound/receiving inbound calls on accounts that are up to 30 days past due.
- Identifying root cause of customer delinquency and generating effective resolutions with negotiation skills and educating the customer
- Assisting customers with inquiries, account status, and problem resolution by utilizing existing resources and applications available
- Processing payments and payoffs
- Adhering to appropriate Compliance policies and procedures
- Effectively contributing to Customer Satisfaction
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are flexible to work a schedule 8am – 8pm
- Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm ** OR ** 11am - 8pm, schedule varies depending on call volume.
- Saturday 8am - noon, 2-3 times per month
