Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Claims Processor candidate to support the implementation of new small business clients. This role involves using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based applications to manage client data and track progress.

Location: 4000 Luxottica Pl, Mason, OH 45040
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Assignment Length: Until 12/31/2025 (with extension possibilities)
Work Environment: In-office (5 days a week)
Pay rate: $22/hr 

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the implementation of new small business clients.
Execute tasks related to client structure setup using Salesforce.
Manage tracking and reporting through proprietary Salesforce tracker.
Validate benefit setups in the Facets system and handle discrepancies.
Coordinate online portal access setups and track communications.
Monitor shared Outlook mailbox for incoming membership documents.
Review documents (Excel/Word) for accuracy and resolve issues related to membership enrollment.

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Medium to Advanced) and Outlook.
Familiarity with cloud-based apps (e.g., OneDrive).
Data entry experience (with a score of 9000 KSPM or higher required).
Ability to communicate findings clearly and resolve discrepancies.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience with Medicare/Medicaid (preferred).
Strong Excel skills and data entry expertise.
Additional Requirements for EyeMed Department:

Pre-screening: Data entry test score of 9000 KSPM required to be considered.
