Full-time, consistent schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Contract through December 31, 2025

Onsite opportunity with a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment

Gain experience supporting client implementations with one of the top vision care brands in the U.S.

Building new client structures in Salesforce using standard setup guidelines
-
Tracking tasks using the Salesforce Implementation Tracker project management tool
-
Validating benefit setup in the Facets system and reporting discrepancies
-
Setting up new client online portal access, sending communications, and monitoring issues
-
Managing a shared Outlook mailbox for incoming client and broker documents
-
Reviewing membership documents (Excel/Word) for accuracy and requesting updates as needed

Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)

Experience with Outlook and cloud-based apps (e.g., OneDrive)

Data entry score of 9,000 KSPH or higher

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple systems

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate findings and issues

Preferred: Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes

Training: Mandatory EyeMed compliance and security training during the first 2 weeks of hire
