What's a typical day as a Claims Processor You'll be:

• Building new client structures in Salesforce using standard setup guidelines

• Tracking tasks using the Salesforce Implementation Tracker project management tool

• Validating benefit setup in the Facets system and reporting discrepancies

• Setting up new client online portal access, sending communications, and monitoring issues

• Managing a shared Outlook mailbox for incoming client and broker documents

• Reviewing membership documents (Excel/Word) for accuracy and requesting updates as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you have:

• Medium to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required)

• Experience with Outlook and cloud-based apps (e.g., OneDrive)

• Data entry score of 9,000 KSPH or higher

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task across multiple systems

• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate findings and issues

• Preferred: Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid processes

• Location: Mason OH 45040

• Employment Type: Contract through 12/31/2025

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

• Pay Rate: $18.40/hr

• Training: Mandatory EyeMed compliance and security training during the first 2 weeks of hire
