Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $16/hr
Schedule: 1st ShiftMon-Thu 5am – 3:30pm, Fri 5am – 1:30pm
Location: Kalamazoo, MI

What's a typical day as an Assembler? You'll be:
  • Assembling small parts and mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
  • Fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product operating requirements.
  • Following detailed work instructions and adhering to safety protocols in a cleanroom environment while wearing full PPE.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to meet production goals.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have good hand-eye coordination and can work efficiently in a fast-paced assembly setting.
  • Are comfortable working sitting down or standing up, with the flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
  • Enjoy working both alone and in a team atmosphere, contributing to a collaborative work environment.
  • Have no prior experience or up to 6 months of experience in assembly, with a willingness to learn and follow clearly defined procedures.
