Kelly Science is seeking a Clinical Supply Chain Lead for a growing company located in Rockville, MD.
 
Shift: Monday-Friday (Flexible hours but must be within the hours of 6am-6pm)
Employment Type: Full Time; Contract-to-Hire
 
Job responsibilities include:
 

• Coordinate the activities of warehouse staff
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, and shipping in a GMP environment.  
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies. 
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, including proper handling of cold chain products and equipment maintenance. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes and minimize waste in the cold chain storage system. 
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to warehouse operations, such as on-time delivery and inventory accuracy. 
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

 
Qualification:

• High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree in logistics or operations management preferred.
• 3-8 years of experience working within a GMP environment and cold chain storage.
• Expertise with SAP in warehousing and inventory management.
• Ability to author SOPs and Work Instructions strongly preferred.
• Proven understanding of the raw material to finish product shipping life cycle.  
• Understanding of international shipping and receiving.
