Location: Franklin, NH
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $23-$25, based on experience
Schedule: Mon-Thursday,
1st Shift: 5am-3pm
2nd Shift: 3pm-1am

As a skilled CNC Machine Operator to produce machined parts by programming, setting up, and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines. The ideal candidate will maintain quality and safety standards, keep accurate records, and ensure the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate CNC machines for production purposes using pre-set tools and fixturing.
  • Load and unload parts in a timely manner between machine cycles.
  • Perform finishing and quality assurance operations while the machine is running the next cycle.
  • Accomplish assembly or secondary operations in the immediate area while the machine is running.
  • Change out worn tooling as needed.
  • Inform supervisors or inspectors when parts do not meet specifications.
  • Operate fabrication equipment as required (e.g., Robodrill, Bridgeport, Prototrak, Miter Saw, Recut Saw).
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by communicating effectively and collaborating with co-workers and management.
  • Assist the company in meeting its quality objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of CNC Machine Operator experience 
  • Ability to use tool calibration software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Proficient with measuring tools, including micrometers, verniers, and calipers.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to workeffectively within a team environment and lift up to 50 lbs
