- Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11:30pm
-Paying $28-$32
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines including Mazak mills, Mikino sinkers, and Okuma/Hwacheon lathes.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to determine machining operations.
- Program and adjust machine settings (speed, feed, tool changes) for optimal performance.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment to ensure good working condition.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions and quality of finished parts.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to meet specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve machining issues and optimize processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience operating CNC machines, particularly Mazak mills and Okuma/Hwacheon lathes.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proficient in programming and adjusting machine settings.
- Experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating machinery and handling tools.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
