This is a direct hire CNC Multi-Spindle Machinist position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Position Information:
• Set up and operate CNC multi-spindle machines according to specific job instructions and engineering blueprints
• Make adjustments, change tooling, and perform routine troubleshooting as needed during production runs
• Ensure all manufactured parts meet precise quality and dimensional standards
• Use measurement and inspection tools to verify part accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on assigned equipment
• Keep accurate records of production and machine settings
• Collaborate effectively with production, engineering, and quality control teams
• Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Required Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant technical or vocational training preferred
• 2-5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC multi-spindle machines
• Solid understanding of CNC machine codes, tooling, and machining principles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficient with measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
