Experienced CNC Operator – Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing

Location: Columbia, CT 06237 
Compensation: Rates of $21.00 - $24.00 per hour.



Work Schedule:

• 2nd Shift Availability: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM or 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Overtime Opportunities: Enhance your earnings with available overtime, including occasional weekends.

Your Role: As a CNC Operator, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, crafting metal components critical to aerospace equipment. You'll thrive in an environment where precision and quality are paramount, leveraging your expertise to:

• Setup and operate CNC mills or lathes, producing high-quality metal components.
• Collaborate closely with our Quality Assurance team to meet exacting inspection standards.
• Execute precise computations for work dimensions and utilize advanced measuring tools like Micrometers, Calipers, and Comparators to ensure unparalleled precision in our products.

What You Bring:

• CNC Mastery: 3+ years of CNC operation experience, with a track record of exceeding performance standards.
• Educational Foundation: High school diploma or GED.
• Training and Flexibility: Available to train for 20-60 days during a day shift.
• In-Person Interview Availability: Ready to meet face-to-face.
• ITAR Compliance: Must be a US Person, as defined by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
