Lieu : Ville Saint-Laurent, QC
Horaire : Lundi au vendredi, de 8h00 à 16h00
Salaire : 19,00 $/heure
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Commis à la distribution pour se joindre à l'équipe de notre client dans le cadre d'un contrat d'un (1) an. Le ou la titulaire du poste jouera un rôle essentiel dans le traitement efficace et précis des retours de marchandises et la mise à jour des systèmes internes (SAP et/ou AS/400).
Responsabilités principales :-
Inspecter et évaluer rapidement les produits retournés (ex. : montures)

Saisir les évaluations détaillées dans les systèmes informatiques

Coder les retours et émettre les crédits dans les dossiers clients

Rechercher les informations de produits ou de commandes dans SAP et/ou AS/400

Accomplir toute autre tâche assignée par la direction
Exigences : -
Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES) ou équivalent

Excellente rapidité au clavier et en saisie de données

Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques

Rigueur, souci du détail et respect des échéances

Bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite

Capacité à rester debout et à marcher pendant de longues périodes (jusqu'à 8 h par quart)

Flexibilité pour effectuer des heures supplémentaires au besoin

Expérience avec les systèmes SAP et/ou AS/400
