Overview
Kelly® is hiring a Construction Project Manager to support a large-scale facility in Leuders, TX. This is a 100% onsite role for an experienced construction professional who will manage projects and oversee the commissioning of power generation systems that support the facilities operations.
Responsibilities
As a Construction Project Manager, you will:
• Lead construction activities for infrastructure projects
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contractor performance
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee commissioning activities for power generation and critical infrastructure systems
• Ensure systems supporting the facility (power, backup generation, electrical, and cooling) are tested and ready for operation
• Provide clear project updates to leadership and project sponsors
• Enforce safety and quality standards on site
Required Qualifications
You must have:
• 5–10 years of construction project management experience
• Proven experience overseeing commissioning of power generation, electrical, HVAC, or critical infrastructure systems (required)
• Experience working in data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial environments (strongly preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, fully onsite construction environment
