Job Opportunity: Project Manager - Commercial and Industrial Construction Location - Dallas TX

  • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Review and validate project estimates.
  • Conduct planning meetings and document results.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules.
  • Monitor and align personnel schedules with project timelines.
  • Manage subcontract and equipment buy-outs.
  • Perform daily site visits to inspect work and resolve issues.
  • Implement corrective measures for job issues.
  • Manage project scope changes.
  • Provide material takeoffs and pricing for scope changes.
  • Conduct and attend job meetings.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years managing construction projects, renovation experience is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills for change orders and project presentations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and schematics.
  • Proficient with job cost accounting systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Understanding of financial models in various contracting methods.
  • Ability to be on-call as needed and perform daily site inspections.
