Consultant(e) en location – Temporaire (1 mois)
Lieu : Griffintown, Montréal
Durée : 1 mois (possibilité de prolongation)
Salaire : 25,00 $/h
Horaire :

  • Mercredi & jeudi : 11h00 – 19h00

  • Vendredi : 9h00 – 17h00

  • Samedi & dimanche : 10h00 – 18h00
    (Travail de soir et de fin de semaine requis selon l'horaire)

Vous souhaitez acquérir de l'expérience en gestion immobilière résidentielle tout en évoluant dans un environnement haut de gamme ?

Rejoignez une communauté locative moderne au cœur de Griffintown, comprenant 344 suites avec des commodités de style resort. Vous serez responsable de la location de 172 suites récemment libérées, dans le cadre d'un mandat temporaire.

Nous recherchons :
Une personne bilingue, dynamique, orientée service client, et motivée par les résultats.

Vos responsabilités :

Service à la clientèle :

  • Répondre aux demandes (en personne, par téléphone et par courriel)

  • Offrir un service professionnel, rapide et courtois

  • Faire le suivi des prospects et bâtir des relations positives

  • Représenter la communauté avec fierté

  • Contribuer à améliorer l'expérience client

Location :

  • Planifier et effectuer les visites

  • Présenter les unités et convertir les visites en baux

  • Aider à la complétion des demandes de location

  • Suivre les annonces, inventaire et parcours client

  • Rédiger et négocier les baux

  • Participer aux études de marché et suggérer des améliorations
     

Expérience :

  • Minimum 2 ans dans un rôle en vente, service à la clientèle, immobilier, hôtellerie ou marketing

Formation :

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires requis (DEC ou BAC est un atout)

Langues :

  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral & écrit)

Compétences :

  • Excellent relationnel, sens de l'organisation

  • Autonomie, souci du détail, initiative

  • Maîtrise de la suite Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Connaissance de Yardi : atout important
