About the Role The Customer Service Operations Associate (CSOA) - Filing Manager is a key member of the Account Services Department within CT's Business Licensing Team. As a CSOA, you will play an essential role in preparing, filing, and managing applications and renewals for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and file standard, advanced, and specialized applications and renewals
- Submit approximately 50–100 applications per week (volume varies by filing complexity)
- Work closely with Customer Success Associate-Account Managers to ensure timely fulfillment of filing orders and resolve barriers to licensure
- Document and relay any changes in filing processes to onboarding/research teams for internal database updates
- Operate efficiently within a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry and/or licensing preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with government agencies and colleagues
- Tact and discretion in managing sensitive information
- Ability and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with personal computers in a Windows-based environment, including advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF
- Experience with filing processes and regulatory submissions
- Previous contact center or customer service experience
- Standard Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
