Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$27-30 per hour based on experience.

What's a typical day as a Contract Administrative Assistant? You'll be:
• Ensuring compliance with the Site Contracting Strategy and administrative requirements. This position reports to the Site Contract Administrator.
• Participating in contractor reviews, variance creation, and package preparation processes.
• Compiling and maintaining the weekly contractor schedule while managing invoicing and verifying the receipt of services.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a High School diploma with craft or technical experience, or a Technical degree (2-year preferred).
• Demonstrate effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information to various levels within the organization.
• Possess strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, One Drive, Teams, SharePoint, FileShare) and purchasing systems (SAP/S2P) REQUIRED
