What's a typical day as Contract Coordinator? You'll be:
• Reviewing and implementing vendor agreements, interpreting relevant content, and loading agreements into PRIME for various pricing agreements.
• Providing pricing and contract management support to the Local Sales team, National Sales team, CASS team, and USF Division personnel for assigned accounts.
• Maintaining accurate Terms Listing and Customer Account Management Summary (CAMS) to manage workload and ensure timely receipt of vendor agreements.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a strong understanding of pricing methodologies and procedures, with experience in pricing support roles being a must.
• Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and minimize risks.
• Are proficient in using various USF systems such as PRIME & Prism, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve pricing inquiries efficiently.
