What a typical day as a Contract Coordinator might look like:
l Manage, review, negotiate, and execute a variety of company agreements, ensuring smooth processes for
l internal and external partners. Support team goals in a fast-paced, complex environment with sound ethical
l judgment and strong collaboration.
Oversee the entire contract lifecycle in a contract management system.
l Independently review, draft, and approve contracts, coordinating with business and legal teams as
l needed.
l Ensure due diligence and compliance with policies/regulations.
l Seek process efficiencies and workflow optimization.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
l BA or two years of undergraduate education preferred.
l Minimum 3 years relevant experience in business-related functions (e.g., purchasing, procurement,
l contracting, finance).
l Experience with contract management/vender management programs required; SAP experience is a
l plus.
l Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
l Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
