Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$40-$45 per hour.
Competitive salary based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM
Must be able to report onsite.

What's a typical day as Contract Recruiter? You'll be:
• Focusing on recruitment for a specific team/function while managing open job requisitions and updating the Taleo ATS.
• Attracting top talent and developing a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Collaborating with team members to develop sourcing strategies and providing talent for open positions.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Hold a bachelor's degree and have 2-3+ years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment; 5+ years preferred.
• Possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to instill confidence in clients.
• Have proactive recruiting and sourcing experience, with a preference for healthcare/pharmaceutical industry recruitment.(required)
