Pay Rate: 
$25+/hr Depending on experience

5mo Contract

Hours: 
Monday-Friday, Standard Working Hours
-Occasional overtime and weekends as needed

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Operation of antibody-based immunogenicity assays (neutralizing antibody assay and total binding antibody assay)
• Operation of additional immune and in vitro assays (e.g., ELISpot, ELISA, CH50)
• Tissue Culture work: maintenance of in vitro and ex vivo (primary) cell culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biology, immunology, or a related field
  • 1 or more years of experience in relevant industry setting
• Experience with a combination of tissue culture work and one or more technologies described above.
• Consistently running properly controlled assays demonstrating high reproducibility

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with running immunological assay, or AAV gene therapy.
• Experience with sterile tissue culture.
• Experience with molecular biology-based assays.
